When come to age, most people think they are more capable and experience when they are much older from the rest. This is acceptance when you are still in 80’s but not in the society now.
The most we heard, ‘millennium’ people are hard to deal with or work with. I do not agreed with it. Millennium People can be great if you know how to work with them. It’s just a different way of working with them. We just cannot use one method to apply to all. It does not work that way.
After closed to 18 years of working for people, and I also experienced before to be my own boss but does not goes well. After being experienced to be a boss myself, I totally understand how and what are the different between employer vs employee and leader vs boss.
Let’s talk about Boss vs Leader. These are a good leader points that I would love to see.
- A good leader is able to lead the team or the people around them and move together.
- A leader is never just a talker but got to Walk The Talk.
- A leader should not authorize but to share their experience and hoping this sharing can help them to solve a problem.
- A leader should have a charisma and humor characters so everyone is listen to him/her.
I am lucky to have met a good leader in my life. He is the Champion in a company for 15 years consecutive and without failed to build his own team. I salute him and happy to know him too.
