Lately, I have been thinking about my own emotions as well as how to have better control over my emotions since there are some circumstances that we may not be able to predict. When I am fully understanding the condition, I have a better way to control my emotions toward this matter. Sometimes, the problem is not from us but from others. However, we can choose how to react to this instead.

I knew that I could not change others and the only option that I left was myself. Rather be so pissed off and I am learning to step back and think about it whether I can make a difference for now. If not, I would not have this effect on my emotions. Perhaps, I will see how I could throw the issue behind me and focus on what I can control.

I have also shared a lot with some friends who are anxious about the situation they are in that influences their emotions so much. I am happy that my sharing can be taken as a reference to them. We just need each other support especially mentally now. No one should keep their emotion silent especially if they are struggling with something in their life. Importantly, we need to pick the right person to share these emotions with and you will feel more optimism. Have you ever felt drained after talking to someone about your bad emotions? This is simply because you are choosing the wrong person to talk to.

We can share HAPPINESS with just anyone, everyone around. However, we may not share MISERY with everyone around. For whoever can share the misery with this person is a true relationship where you can be around no matter what situation you are in. This person is hard to find but if you have more than 2 in your life, you are considered blessed. After all, we should be the only person who is responsible for your emotions.
