In the year 2022, many people around my circle have changed their paths. I thought I was the only one but I am never alone then. Although pandemic has been with us for 2 years and we missed one year for CNY celebrations. It does sound so long after all.
This CNY2022, I will start back on my CNY Gatherings. A month before I have started to select the groups to be on the lists. Organizing gathering is something that is not uncommon for me. However, being missed for organizing this for a while, does make me feel a little difficult in juggling this now especially on the venue side. I would prefer not crowded places but look at the situation now, I doubt I can find a place like this.
Yesterday, I attended a “New Opening” and for the 1st time after so long to watch Lion Dance. I felt so great and it’s making me feel happy. Lion Dance is something for CNY season to bring joy and “OMM”. Kick start my 1st CNY Gathering with my first gang where someone will leave for SG for work after CNY. This is the last gathering we had before the next one which we have no idea about. As I always say, live in the moment and treasure the moment we have. We may not have control over the future but we can make it now. This conversation has made it my most memorable for us. Definitely, the technology can help us to keep in touch via video call and WhatsApp.
I am looking forward to my New Path this year. There are a lot of preparations and focus needed.
