BACK TO NATURE. This is one of the things I love doing especially after this pandemic where I feel peace and chill. I guess this is because after being lockdown 2 years and most of the time at home. I even miss the outdoor so much than before.




Again it’s proved that humans just cannot be locked for a long period as we just need to move around to live a life. And I know that getting back on hiking more frequently is the way to make myself feel good and at peace. Therefore, I will do that more now especially do together with people who love doing it too.
This is also a good time to explore more nature available in Malaysia. I was just simply Googling it and there are 50 Hiking Trails to conquer in Malaysia. How amazing! Look through the lists and most of the spots that I had before and this is so nice to visit again some places that I didn’t go to for quite a while.
Came across a video posting by WHO saying, we must remind everyone that it’s not just Covid19 that is killing people. One of the reasons is years of living with health conditions that haven’t been properly managed because of skin color, ethnicity, or social group. We failed to recognize health as a fundamental human right with basic healthcare. Therefore, the health issue is the only thing we need to put ourselves into priority now if you are not just yet. By changing our lifestyle and being healthy, we can live a better life together with this virus.
