When keep talking about how good is your product and service, if someone has a lesser interest in it, you just do not make anything from it. A Marketer, we need to know when and what to feed in info to the target market. No matter how good is your deal is, if someone has no intention and does not know about you, you don’t make them purchase it. Knowing the journey of the purchase, we are guiding people from no intention to having the intention to buy and make the action to purchase. Always “empathy” your customer.
Before any marketing plans are in place, we need to think of the above values mentioned for us to maximize the spending budget. As my coach told us that only 5% of people in the market are keen and have the intention to buy a product. There are thousands of products out there to target this 5% of the market. What’s making you different and stand out from others? This is the important question that we must think of. And why not start target the 95% of the market by educating, entertaining and empowering them.
After 5 days of theory input, I need to do a summary on my own and practice all these by running some campaigns to get hands-on experience in digital marketing. First, I need to refresh all my theory during these 5 days and pick up the important points then start Case Studies on my friend’s SME’s businesses.
