How it has affected our life due to mental health issues.
There is just a lot of reporting saying on the ‘Mental Health‘ issue since this pandemic hit us like 2 years ago. Suicide cases are increasing and some associations are trying their best to provide solutions.
Why Mental Health is important?

Conventionally, people are a bit skeptical to talk about Mental Health issues as it will take it as insane and crazy. To avoid taking it as negative, a lot of people are chosen to either keep quiet or hide it behind their masks.
Life can never be the same for post-covid. It is seen to be the same to some people but there are a lot more differences compared to pre-covid days. I have many reasons for myself for this.
COMMUNICATE
Pre-covid days, I used to hang out a lot at cafes and restaurants with friends. Now, I am on phone most time to talk to my friends or once in a while on video calls.
Pre-covid days, I was hardly at home, and most of the time I was outside and be with people. Now, I stay home most of the time and cook at home.
Pre-covid days, you may excuse to drop by for something. Now, I am trying to avoid contacted human beings.
Pre-covid days, I spend most of my time talking to people and seeing things through my eyes. Now, everything is through the screen, either phone, iPad, or TV screen.
GET TOGETHER
Pre-covid days, I am pretty much meeting people and sharing our life. Now, Zoom or Meets.
Pre-covid days, I used to have parties with people. Now, party at home and only with family members.
THE LISTS ARE GO ON AND ON.

Mental Health issue occur when someone routine has changed dramatically in my personal view. Take me for an example, I am someone who is used to be outdoor with people and activities. During the 1st lockdown, I was not used to the “Stay Home” concept. On the 3rd day, I started to feel hopeless and lay down on my bed and looked out to the window. It is just lifeless. Then, I am lucky enough to come across Vishen Lakiani video and there I got some hope and changed the way I think. After that, I started to enjoy my stay home and fill with so many activities that I could do. And of course, the activities are so much different from previous ones. I was busy with a lot of reading, watching videos, and listening to Live Talk. It would be the mind and thought input instead of physical output.
