I heard of this phase a lot. Trust me, I am always want to be in the moment kind. I practice this since Covid19 pandemic hit the world where we spent most of the time at home. Initially, I am pretty happy to start doing back some of the things I stopped doing like cooking, watching movie/drama, reading, and etc.
After a while, I am also bored of doing routines like cooking all. This pandemic has giving me the time to do all these and at the same time live in the moment. What exactly ‘Live in the moment’ mean to you?
Being Present is having my mind completely engaged and appreciatively connecting with wherever my body is at that point, and not trying to be thinking about whatever I want to do NEXT, but be fully in the NOW of what’s going on IN THAT MOMENT.

Personally, I feel more like in the present when I am doing coloring, writing or listening to music. I wanted to be more present in every single thing that I am doing. We should be more focus and appreciate what we are doing now so we could enjoy it at optimum level even when I jog.
Something really fun was happened to me this morning when I saw a quote about being a PINEapple. I always like to be a GIRAffe because it’s tall and the printed pattern on it is so unique. Most important, can see from afar.


From now on, I just wanna be GIRApine that so me and just be myself.
