For the past 17 months in lockdown, we are still didn’t get the SOP’s right and everything is in a mess. It is even worst when we implemented totalLOCKDOWN since Jun 1, 2021. All we can see is no different from the previous lockdown and the daily cases are increasing like crazy from 4 digits to 5 digits.

With the Delta variant came along, even vaccinated is still a risk a get attack by the Covid19. Now, Malaysia is just in the midst to get more people vaccinated. Before we even thought of open up for business, we need to wait till at least 50% of the population vaccinated.

We have been talking about follow SOP’s for long now and apparently there are still many people are not follow SOP’s especially we don’t lead by example. We are no longer just wearing mask, sanitize your hand and keep a social distance of 1 meter. In fact, wearing a face shield is part of the SOP to prevent yourself to get infected with this Delta variant. Since the Delta variant is so dangerous and can be transmitted via airborne within 15 seconds. For me, it is still the best not to go out and meet anyone, if possible.

I am preparing to be back to work by end of August after most people are getting vaccinated. The Covid19 daily cases may not go down but at least people are vaccinated to protect others. What should we do after that?

We may hear or read lot about the current situation in Malaysia whether it is political or fighting covid19. A lot of negative comments and fighting over on Social Media. All I could say is “Do Our Part”. There is no point to keep complaining which we have been doing it for the past months and there are still nothing big changes over the situation. Life is still goes on. We need to put food on the table. We need to live our life with this virus, anywhere.

Just do our part, follow SOP’s and protect yourself when you have no choice but to go out for work, for grocery etc. Don’t even think that you are safe after vaccinated. The virus is still with us and we need to live our life with the virus existent.

There are no ways of saying it is being too much but when come to protect ourselves, we need to do something. Don’t be the one who only complaining and do your little part first.
