THERE IS ALWAYS ‘LOVE’ SOMEWHERE

As I always tell myself that this pandemic is basically a test on human being. Despite on the situation that we faced now, there are lot of people out there needed help. With the ‘White FLAG’ campaign started, we can see lot of ‘Food Bank‘ have been setup. We can see the true faces of human when we are in the worst situation. Of course, lot of Angels and Evils that we came across.

Cycling around the village. Bicycle 🚲 is the most valuable thing in their life. Some students walk an hour from home to school daily.

I came across this video unintentionally and they were talking about raising fund and helping the people especially mother and kids. We may see lot of organization’s out there helping on homeless people, orphanage house, old folks house etc. We may neglect the mother and kids group where they not only need the daily basic on food as well diapers and sanitary pads.

This has brought me back my old memories to Cambodia for the 1st time not for holiday but charity trip to see how the rural area people live their life. This is my 1st experience to visit this kind of place and stayed 2 nights there without lights and fans. I’m glad to share some of my memories here with you. It was the once in a life time experiences to make myself feel grateful and lucky life back in Malaysia.

Caption on each photo (start from Left to Right)

Photo 1# The view in front of us when we open the main door. You may see cow and pig running around, if you lucky.

Photo 2# The beds that we gonna sleep for 2 nights without mattress and pillow but we have the mosquito net on during the late night. Still, I could not sleep as hearing the mosquito around.

Photo 3# Having local lunch box with the students. Everyone is bringing their lunch box to school and they are sharing their dishes with others. All dishes are super salty so they can pairing with the white rice.

Photo 4, 5, 5# Hanging out with the students after their school time before they are going back home. Some were walking back in an hour and some with their bicycle.

Last photo, Group Photo with the students before we were leaving to town.

Back in 2012 when I first landed to this place, Prey Veng, Cambodia.

Reminded me of this cute little girl in the class. I just cannot resist to have a photo with her. They are just so kind and always put a smile on their face. There is always an Angle near you to help.

LOVE IS THE BIGGEST THING IN LIFE.
