Do you have practice on setting ‘Resolutions‘ each year? I do.
Just last year, I realized setting resolution is a simple thing ever because I always struggling to set a new set of resolutions. It’s not until last year when I realized by oneself that resolutions can be repeating from previous year. Then, add on one or two New thing.
This year, I do the same by repeating most my resolutions which make me happy and be more focus.

Learn to control my emotions by deep breath, pause before TALK.

Resume back on my regular workout.

Sleep tight and sleep early.
