Everyone is having their borderline for just everything. When things are crossed over, this is the time we should react.
I was very disappointed on how my current management handling on our issue here. When HQ management is solely depends on local Business Unit reporting, this is where some dishonesty and misinform on things happened in the company.
I am always not interested to know about what is happening and gossiping in office. For the past few months, there are just a lot of information fed me. After some crossed check and we all know that the Business Unit was not being honest reporting to both HQ management and us here. Long story short, we have to confront on what was wrong here until management has given us an answer.
No matter what, we just need for an answer from Business Unit. And one of the best thing for Post-Covid19 is to see how management treating their own employees in order to survive all together.
Fingers crossed, thing is going smoothly for the next 2 weeks before year end. You know what you are doing and answer to only HIM but nobody.
