I guess it is not only me but most of the people are developing some cooking skills over MCO period. Never in our life that we have such a long free times at home. On my MCO 1.0 back in March 2020, I am pretty much still making food menu like Pan Mee, Pork Noodle, fried onion pancake, some Grab Orders etc.
When our government has announced on MCO 2.0 which is started on October 14, I thought I am giving a second chance to excel my cooking skills again. This time, I am exploring some recipes with my Air Fryer. Let’s see what I can do with this machine.

Air Fryers promise the taste, texture, and golden-brown color of oil-fried foods without all the fat and calories. However, can we replaced cooking with just an Air Fryer? Technically is not. Air Fryer is basically replaced deep fried method of cooking so it reduced the oil intake for those love deep fried food. Whether air fryer food is more healthful not, this is also a question mark now to me. And what am I believe in maintaining a variety of foods and cooking methods will help people obtain a more healthful diet.
