What is Intermittent Fasting exactly ?
Intermittent Fasting is not a diet plan, it’s a changed of eating pattern to me. Intermittent fasting doesn’t change what you eat, it’s changes when you eat. I know I can never go on a diet plan since I love eating and exploring new food menu. Without enjoying food, I think life serving no purpose. Fasting puts your body in a fat burning state that you rarely make it to during a normal eating schedule.

I started my Intermittent Fasting (IF) 2 days ago. During this MCO period, it’s the best time for me to get started on IF. It’s keep me more discipline on eating habit. IF is one of the simplest strategies we have for taking bad weight off while keeping good weight on because it requires very little behavior change. IF falls into the category of “simple enough that you’ll actually do it, but meaningful enough that it will actually make a difference.”
I am basically uses a 16-hour fast followed by an 8-hour eating period. It doesn’t matter when you start your 8 hours eating period.
