MY DAY 10 – MOVEMENT CONTROL ORDER.

Being stay home for 10 days now, what are the most you missed and the most you have done during this period of time? Have you ever thought about it. I have thought through and here are my lists.

Things You Have NOT DONE for TEN Days.

  1. MAKE UP. Literally, I have only my daily routine on skincare, Toner, Moisturizer & Sunscreen. One or two days with some lipstick on.
  2. DRESS FORMALLY. Since Work-From-Home, I just wear T-shirt with short pants.
  3. WAKE EARLY. My usually wake up at 5.30 am.
  4. HIKING. No more back to nature.
  5. READ NEWSPAPER. Read news from TV and Social Media now.
  6. CAKES. Yet to taste a cake.
  7. DRIVING. No driving out.
  8. LESS WALKING. Less than 500 steps a day compared 5k.
  9. TALKING LESS. More on texting and writing.
  10. MEET. No face-to-face but listening lot to Lite FM, to You Tune video.

Things DO THE MOST For TEN Days.

  1. NETFLIX. At least 1 movie each day.
  2. ON SOCIAL MEDIA. On IG Stories, writing blog and update on LinkedIn and Blog.
  3. ON LAPTOP. Spent more time in front my laptop.
  4. MORE SNACKS. Beside 3 meals in a day, snacks in between.
  5. STAY UP LATE. Sleep late, wake up late.
  6. VIDEO CALLS. Instead of face-to-face gathering, texting and video calls more.
  7. WITH FAMILY. No joke. My longest in my whole life now.
  8. ON MUSIC. Always put on music with earplugs.
  9. SELF-IMPROVEMENT. Almost everyday listening to some self-improve video and article.
  10. WRITING. I write more. I text more instead of talk now.
Learnt To Embrace Every Change In Life.  Resilience is the only way.

EMBRACE UNCERTAINTY.

Some Of The Most beautiful Chapters In Our Lives Won’t Have Titles Until Much Later.
