Extended the MCO to April 14, 2020.
Nightmare has finally came. It’s expected and just waiting to be announced. This afternoon news, our PM announced to extend till April 14, 2020 due to the increase numbers of cases. We all know that 2 weeks has nothing much changed the situation now. I know, they are lot of worrying but we gotto face it anywhere. Let’s be positive and think of how are we going to spend 6+14 days now.
Keep Praying.
With this extension, I really need to sit down and re-think how am I going to spend these next 20 days productivity. Life is still goes on. Time is still passing. There is no time to waste at this moment although we all stay home. What can we do now?

Here are my thoughts…
- WHAT ARE THE FIRST 5 THINGS TO DO AFTER MCO?
- Take a sip at Kenny Hills Bakery @ Bukit Tunku.
- Getting my favorite burnt cheese cake at Cafe etc.
- Hiking to Gasing Hill for a fresh air.
- Taking a walk in the city and enjoying my city view.
- Meeting my friends.
- LEARN A NEW SKILL.
- Writing – brushing up my writing.
- Reading – read something relate to NLP. Read books.
- LEARN A NEW LANGUAGE.
- Spanish – learn a word a day.
- DO A LITTLE CHANGE.
- Start meditate. 5 minutes daily.
- Start home exercise. Sit up, plank, etc.
- Make a dish each day. Something simple and easy to prepare. For instance, spinach wrap, pumpkin pancake etc.
- DO RESEARCH ON SOMETHING YOU CURIOUS ABOUT.
- Human studies. Human mind. Human psychology .
- Eating Right Nutrients.
- Fun facts about life… sciences… just anything.
