Is there a different between Plant-base and Veganism?

Plant-base diet is focusing on eating mostly foods that come from plant sources includes of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds. However, veganism is eliminate all animal products. Doctor say “You don’t necessarily have to go vegan to be healthy – plant-based is a good option for people who struggle with consistency and planning. If you are going to commit to a vegan diet, make a plan and be consistent about incorporating all the healthy food groups, including plant-based protein, so you don’t miss out on nutrients.”

I have friends whom into vegan and vegetarian. At first, I am a bit confused on why because I am a meaty person where I could not give up my meats intake on a day. We all do have a choice and I should not questioning on individual decision on a diet. What am I focusing is the balance in life whether it is in our meal or our life. We just cannot be too extreme on certain things. Everything is come with moderation, I believe.

At the end, is Plant-base and Vegan more healthy? On my point o view, it is very much depends on what you are eating. For Beyond Meat, it is all processed food to me. You cannot depend on all these on a daily basis though. Think smartly when come to healthy issue. We cannot just blindly to anything. For me, food intake, exercise, sleep time and positive mental are related to make you a healthy person.

Eat well, Sleep well and Think well.
