HEALTHY START!

Nowsday, easily you heard over some people just wanted to have vegetarian meal or go light. Compared to those day, we are now easily can get a good meal by a click. Unlike our parents days where only get a big meal during big festive season like CNY.

A good start from breakfast.

I always told by my parents that must eat properly, no skipping meal and breakfast is the most important meal for the day. Even my dad allows us to have heavy breakfast since it’s the start up for the day.

A good start eventually do help on a good day. Beside, there are many way to keep us in healthy. For instance, exercise, sleep early, think positively etc…

Apple Cider Vinegar from Bragg as starter daily

Personally, I have been practicing these circle since young. Never skipping my breakfast. Years ago, started Apple Cider with a glass of warm water early morning before I brushed my teeth. Wake up at 6am everyday during weekday and sometime weekend if I’m going for hiking.

Once a month, pampering myself with facial treatment, manicure pedicure, hair wash at salon etc.

Starting with a good healthy lifestyle definitely helps to prevent aging. 😁😁😁
