Do you ever write ‘Resolutions‘?
I do. Each year when come to the end of the year, I would reflect on the year to see what I have achieved and what’s need to be improved.
I will even sum up my little Diary on things that I did and what are the things that I’m looking forward.

Lot of people may struggle with these. Some just set it but never bother to take a look on the lists that been wrote down a year ago. Anywhere, I used to be bit stubborn on the resolutions that I set. Some are not very realistic, to be honest. Over the years, I started to realized that the joy of setting resolutions and its ok not to achieve all. Most important, the progress…
Lately, I went for an introduction of a seminar where I learnt from these 3 Speakers. Keith Tay, a Life Coach where he has giving an example on how we should start from little thing first in order for our big dream to come true.
For instance, if lost weight is one of the resolution. How are we going to make this realistic and workable?
My Resolution – Be Healthy.
Step1:
- Go to bed by 11pm
- Wake up at 6am
- Meditate 5 minutes before brush my teeth
Step2:
- Must Not skip my breakfast
- My Coffee with 2 scoops of oats
Step3:
- Only once a week for ‘red meat’
- Only once a week on wines
- Workout 15 minutes, 3 times a week
Here are the example that I could thought of based on the idea from Keith Tay to start from small. š š š
Happy to set on your resolutions!
