𝐕𝐄𝐆𝐀𝐍 π—ͺ𝐨𝐫π₯𝐝!

Lately, I have came across ‘Vegan‘ people. Is there a different between ‘Vegan’ and ‘Vegetarian’? What I know about these 2 terms is NO MEAT. There are much more that I would not know.

Vegans eat no animal products, while vegetarians don’t eat animals, but may eat products that come from them (such as dairy and eggs). … Wherelse Vegan is more difficult compared Vegetarian. A Vegan will not only skip meats but also any form of animal based food like Milk, Kaya, Onions, Eggs etc…

A colleague of mine has turned into Vegan in 3 months time as he used to be enjoying meats a lot. I have no idea why and is there a reason for him to be a vegan. I have no problem whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or meaty. As long we need to respect everyone decision.

Respect is where we need.
