Exercise Can Make you HAPPIER.

Exercise is good for our health. Everyone know this and I think the world has changed to a more healthy lifestyle slowly. You know the fitness centers have been expanded through the years. It is also helping some people who do need help on getting their health fixed.

I am regularly into slow jog, walk and hiking. I love swimming but I do not have a swimming pool since stay in landed property. Therefore, I rely on friends’ condominium or public pool.

My point of view on exercise is more persistent and self-discipline. I never agree that waking up in the early morning is easy but I have made it a point to do it because I know I have to. Not because to slim down but eventually this is part of the reason. I can feel mentally I am better compared to those days without or cut down my exercise.

I am still yet to believe on supplements to help boosted my immune system where I am still able to make adjustment through my lifestyle, food and have a more balance life.

Read this article and totally agreed that we cannot overdo it. Regardless anything in life, we just need a balance. I have known some people can 7 days a week just workout. Life is beautiful, we have more things to do and explore. So, don’t just focus one thing at a time. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‰
