Beaches Are Good For Us… Why?

I do love beaches. I have covered up lot of Islands through my travelling journey.

Now, I am writing this from Redang Island, an East Coast of Malaysia. A beautiful island with crystal clear water. Came across this article from Mystical Raven that visit the beach regularly is helping us with many good reasons. That is very surprising. 🤨🤨🤨

I love the Blue Sky, White Clouds and Crystal Clear water. I can just lying down on the beach and doing nothing, just there look at the blue sky. This is the moment where I free from thinking.

After reading this article, there are more reasons for me to go beach for short gateway. Reduce stress, boosted my creativity, reduce depression and most important change my perspective in life. 😘😘😘

I urge you all to plan a short gateway to Cuti Cuti Malaysia. Malaysia has many beautiful islands, Redang Island, the one I’m in now. Perhentians Island, Kapas Island, Cherating, Tioman Island, Penang Island, East Malaysia has Sipadan Island, Manuka Island and etc.
