Millennials, many people have the thought that they have attitudes problems. However, I have a different say about them.
Personally, yes, attitudes are very vital when come to judge on a person. I would never judge a person based on their background and look. It has to be like a combinations of many expect. Rich people does not mean they have a good attitude.
When come to workspace, I guess many of us have difficulties to work with Millennials simply because people always say they have attitude problem. I met lot of Millennials and I think it’s totally a wrong way of thinking this way.
Regardless you are Millennials or not, I think it is very individual thing. Some Millennials that I know are very responsible, outspoken on their thought and quite inspiring though. However, I met some senior or so called not into ‘Millennials’ category, they are a bit show off just because they are experienced and senior in their age. They refused to listen to Millennials opinions, they refused to give them a chance to talk, or they refused to give them a space to work on their own. These are the things that I saw it during workspace. Unless, if you are in Creative or Agency industry where management is more appreciate on young people ideas.
Success in life is all about how you deal with failure. Right attitude will bring you to the right thing, right people and right path in life.
Just like what Richard Branson said ‘Never too Young To Lead.’ He always give opportunity to people who wanna a chance as long as you are daring to chase after it. I like to have a boss like him, see Employee as an asset. 👍👍👍
