
Everything starts from HABIT. Agreed? 🤔 🤔 🤔
Wake up in the morning is a habit. Exercise regularly is a habit. Talking to people is a habit too. And many more in our life are habits. Without habit, we may just run off the path.
To be Happy is also a habit. Happiness does not depend on any external conditions, it’s your mental attitude. After I read one of the article from Forbes, I realized that I have already habits few as mentioned but it’s good to always adapt new.

I do appreciate the little things in life, more now.
I do exercise that body release GABA.
I do surround myself with the right people that builds my confident, stimulate creativity and it’s flat-out fun.
I do stay positive, atleast trying. Find the best solution available to the problem, tackle it and move on.
I do make an effort to be happy. No one wake up feeling happy every day and supremely happy people are No Exception.
I do think myself Growth Mindset instead of Fixed Mindset. At least I’m not the one believe who am I and cannot change.
