You think you are a good Leader or a good BOSS? How others may think about you? LEADER has it followers but BOSS has only workers.
There are few things that I see from a Leader when I work together with them previously. They will always say ‘WE’ than I. Whatever things do, he/she will see as ‘WE’ to acheive a mission.
Leader will never ask you just go, just do it. They will do it together with you as team. Leader is Walk the Talk rather than Talk the Talk. I used to met someone like this who lead the team to acheive an unbelievable achievement. He really someone walk the talk to show us it’s work. Amazing!!!
Leader will give us more opportunity to grow as same as them. They will correct you for a better you. How I wish to meet another Leader after him. I meet a boss now. 😒😒😒
