The relationship that I am talking about here may not be the one you thought at first place. 😉😉😉

I totally agreed with it after I read the article from Sarah Landrum on the link I shared below on how to make Millennials Happy working with you. Somehow I feel it is not only millennials but just anyone regardless on age.

Respect, Communication and Healthy Culture are eventually bring good people work with you. Our parents era, it could be just the packages or money offered but now, it does not work that way. Beside a good package, I feel like culture is important to make people feel belong and stay.

True enough that the CEO of FashionValet, Dato Fadzarudin said the similar thing here. I totally say Yes and wish I can work with him too.

To the Bosses or Higher Management out there, think twice and observing your company culture. Then, look at yourself on how you build up this strong culture in. Bosses are the main person to initiate on the strong culture then staffs are following and passing the culture to newbies and so forth.
